FULL NOTE TO PET REHABILITATION CENTER FROM FAMOUS ANIMAL LOVERS

The renovation works initiated by Kuşadası Municipality at the Pet Rehabilitation Center have come to an end. Mayor Ömer Günel went to the center together with journalist and writer Ömür Gedik, who is known as an animal lover, and examined the work carried out on site. Ömür Gedik, who was amazed by the center, said, “This is not a shelter, but a living center. "Let this work be an example for all of Turkey," he said.

Kuşadası Municipality, which draws attention with the projects it has implemented regarding stray animals, is about to complete the renovation works it started at the Kuşadası Pet Rehabilitation Center, located on the Kirazlı District road. In this context, President Ömer Günel visited the center together with journalist Ömür Gedik, who is known as an animal lover, radio broadcaster Cem Arslan and social media phenomena Ece Ronay, Özgür Balakar and DJ Kadir Çetin, and examined the works on site. Mayor Ömer Günel informed the group about the renovation works at the center, whose physical conditions are being improved day by day for dear friends.

“THIS HAS BECOME A LIFE CENTER, BUT NOT A SHELTER”

Stating that he was amazed by Kuşadası Pet Rehabilitation Center, journalist Ömür Gedik said, “Kuşadası Municipality has started a magnificent work here. The center is perfect in every aspect. Everything has been considered for stray animals. There are not many such centers in Turkey. This place is not actually a shelter, but a living center in every aspect. That's why Kuşadası Pet Rehabilitation Center is a place that will set an example for the whole of Turkey,” he said.

Radio broadcaster Cem Arslan said, “As an animal lover, I have visited many shelters both in the country and abroad. Such a facility is rare even abroad. Kuşadası Pet Rehabilitation Center has a very suitable environment for stray animals as it is in touch with nature. "I would like to thank Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel for his sensitivity regarding stray animals," he said.

Social media phenomenon and singer Ece Ronay said, “I appreciate that Kuşadası Municipality is renovating the center for stray animals. "It is really important that the animals here are adopted and given warm homes throughout the year," he said.
