HUGE ENERGY INVESTMENT OF 422 MILLION LIRA IN KUSADASI
The services and projects implemented by the Kuşadası Municipality in the last 7 years are returning to the city as investments in various fields. In this context, officials from ADM Elektrik Aydın Regional Directorate, who met with Acting Mayor Tahsin Demirtaş and gave a presentation, announced that the company will make a total new investment of 422 million 306 thousand lira in Kuşadası in 2026.
The works carried out by the Kuşadası Municipality since 2019, especially in infrastructure and superstructure, have rapidly placed Kuşadası among the top liveable cities in Türkiye. The city, whose star has shone again with the services carried out under the leadership of the Kuşadası Municipality, has regained its rightful place in the investment lists of various institutions. In this context, Kuşadası Acting Mayor Tahsin Demirtaş held a meeting with officials from ADM Elektrik Aydın Regional Directorate. During the meeting, company executives, who presented to Acting Mayor Tahsin Demirtaş, announced that they had invested 236 million 121 thousand Turkish lira in infrastructure, expansion, and energy enhancement projects in Kuşadası last year, and that they had decided to invest an additional 422 million 306 thousand Turkish lira in 2026.
“AN INDICATION THAT THE WORK IS ON THE RIGHT TRACK”
Stating that the meeting they held with ADM officials was very beneficial for Kuşadası, Acting Mayor Tahsin Demirtaş said;
“The company's investment in our city in 2026 has increased by approximately 2 times compared to the previous year. This is a very clear indication that the work carried out regarding our city since our Mayor Ömer Günel took office in 2019 is on the right track. This year, with the works to be carried out by ADM in many different districts of our city, our citizens will now have access to higher quality electricity. At the meeting, we also requested the improvement of the lighting system in the Kuştur area, Tütüncüler Junction, and the area starting from Kuşadası State Hospital and Soğucak to the Davutlar District road junction. ADM officials will conduct works on this matter soon.”
