Continuing its efforts to protect public health, Kuşadası Municipality continues to provide free healthy nutrition and weight management training for adults at the Mother and Father Child Center, which was opened at the Güler Aydın Süzgeç Social Facility in Cafer Kotan Life Park. In the trainings held on Mondays by Aysen Arıcan Öz and Melisa Akol Demir, expert dietitians working in Kuşadası Municipality, participants are informed about food groups, units of measurement in nutrition and balanced nutrition. After the training, in which the importance of gaining balanced nutrition habits against chronic and metabolic diseases is emphasized, an appointment is made for those who want to receive individual dietitian services.
