KUŞADASI STREET FESTIVAL STARTED WITH A COLORFUL OPENING

Kuşadası Street Festival, held for the second time this year, started with a cortege march that featured colorful images reminiscent of a carnival. The opening of the Kuşadası Street Festival signaled the festival enthusiasm that will be experienced in the city until July 30.

Turkey's first thematic street festival, organized by Kuşadası Municipality and Kuşadası Altın Güvercin Culture, Art and Promotion Foundation (KUSAV) under the consultancy of Ayhan Sicimoğlu, has started. A cortege march was organized between Kısmet Junction and İsmail Cem Friendship and Peace Square for the opening of the Kuşadası Street Festival, which took place for the second time this year. The cortege march, in which associations, foundations, dance schools, jugglers, orchestras and performance groups participated in interesting and colorful costumes, attracted great attention. The dance and acrobatic shows performed during the cortege march, in which Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel participated with KUSAV President Levent Köylü and Ayhan Sicimoğlu, added great color to the city.

'KÖFN' TOOK FESTIVAL ENTHUSIASM TO THE PEAK

Kuşadası Street Festival, which will take place this year as well as last year under the titles of "Taste on the Street", "Fun on the Street", "Music on the Street" and "Art on the Street", will be held at the İsmail Cem Friendship and Peace Square after the cortege walk. It continued with a concert where KÖFN performed. Performing their popular songs, KÖFN took the festival enthusiasm to the top. Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel stated that they were happy to host the KÖFN group at the second Kuşadası Street Festival and said, “We are happy to be with you this evening and to bring culture, art, music and entertainment to the streets of Kuşadası more strongly. We brought the cuisine of 11 provinces affected by the earthquake on February 6 to Kuşadası for you. "We are waiting for everyone tomorrow to taste the wonderful flavors," he said.
