MAFFY KUŞADASI JAZZ DAYS HAVE STARTED

THE FIRST DAY 'SİBEL KÖSE QUINTET' MEET WITH JAZZ ENTHUSIASTS

'Maffy Kuşadası Jazz Days', organized for the second time this year by Kuşadası Municipality and Kuşadası Altın Güvercin Culture Art and Promotion Foundation (KUSAV) to keep the memory of the world-famous Kuşadalı jazz artist Ahmet Muvaffak Falay alive, has started, under the sponsorship of Omer Prime Holiday Resort. Sibel Köse Quintet, who took the stage at the first concert hosted by the historical Caravanserai, gave art lovers an unforgettable night.

The first guest of Maffy Kuşadası Jazz Days was Sibel Köse Quintet. Sibel Köse Quintet met with jazz music lovers at the concert held in the historical Caravanserai and offered a musical feast to the audience. At the concert, she performed songs from jazz legends such as Sibel Köse, Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughan. Sibel Köse Quintet received a standing ovation for several minutes at the end of the night. After the concert, KUSAV President Levent Köylü and Ömer Kocaöner, one of the partners of Omer Prime Holiday Resort, the sponsor of the event, presented Sibel Köse and her team with a plaque of appreciation and flowers. Maffy Kuşadası Jazz Days, organized in cooperation with Kuşadası Municipality and KUSAV, will continue until October 12 at the Historical Caravanserai and Güvercinada Castle. Thanking Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel and KUSAV President Levent Köylü for bringing Maffy Kuşadası Jazz Days to life, Sibel Köse said, “Maffy was a very important name for Turkish jazz. "We are very happy to be in Kuşadası to keep his memory alive," he said.
