MAINTENANCE WORK FROM KUŞADASI MUNICIPALITY IN THE PARKING AREA OF DEAR FRIENDS

Maintenance work has been started at the 'Pako Dog Training Park', which was opened by Kuşadası Municipality so that dogs can have a more enjoyable and free time in the city environment with their owners. In this context, the Parks and Gardens Directorate teams are replacing the old education units in the park with new ones.

Kuşadası Municipality Parks and Gardens Directorate teams carry out park construction and renovation works simultaneously in different neighborhoods throughout the year. While the teams regularly maintain urban furniture, play groups and green areas in children's parks within the determined program, they also do not forget the dog training parks that were added to the city to create healthier living spaces for pets. In this context, teams started maintenance work at Pako Dog Training Park, which is built on an area of 650 square meters in Türkmen District.

In the park, where the floor is covered with natural grass and there are 12 dog play units, benches and 2 water bowls for the animals to drink, new ones started to be installed instead of the old units. The work initiated in Pako Dog Training Park, one of the rare examples in Turkey with its features, was welcomed by animal lovers. It was stated that hygiene and disinfection work will be carried out in the park in the coming days.

Mayor Ömer Günel stated that they have made great efforts to ensure that dear friends live in a healthier environment since the day they took office, and said, “We are responsible for every living creature in Kuşadası. We have two dog training parks in Kuşadası, in Kadıkalesi and Türkmen neighborhoods. "We take care to keep the parks we open for dogs, which are loyal friends of people, healthy, hygienic and well-maintained," he said.
