Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel put an end to the artificial issues that were tried to be kept on the agenda by some groups related to Balıkçı Kahvesi. Making a statement on his social media account, Mayor Ömer Günel repeated his call for unity to the fishing tradesmen.

“Dear fellow fishermen, as we approach the local elections, I regret to see that some people are trying to sow discord among us by creating artificial agendas for their secret political ambitions and personal gain. Please do not trust those who feed on these vicious cycles that only produce deadlock and cause chaos that will last for years. My only goal is to provide you with the most accurate and highest quality service you deserve, just like yesterday and tomorrow. We will start the construction of the facility that we promised you, which we have formalized with the decision of the municipal council and whose license / project processes have been completed, at the end of the season.
