It is near Kuşadası Pier. It was built by Grand Vizier Öküz Mehmet Pasha in 1618.
Kurşunlu Han, namely Öküz Mehmet Pasha Caravanserai, was first built as a castle, and later it started to be used as an inn. There is a two-storey, porticoed indoor space around the rectangular courtyard surrounded by thick and high walls. It was built using rubble stone and spolia materials.

The caravanserai, which looks like a small inner castle, has a triangular-tipped and pointed top at the top. There are rooms lined up around a large courtyard. It has been restored in various periods and is in solid condition. There are two staircases at the northwest and southeast corners, leading from the back to the upper floor. The entrance of the caravanserai is in the north, and the marble doorway is covered with an arch.
