Fındıklı Castle, located in the north of the Samsun Mountains; It was built on a rocky land at an altitude of approximately 600-700 m, at a point completely overlooking Karaova, Davutlar Plain and Kuşadası Bay. It is difficult to distinguish the walls of the castle from afar, which blend in with the rocky terrain. The castle, which gained importance during the Byzantine Period, gives the impression that it may have been built or used much earlier, considering its location.

Fındıklı Castle has an irregular plan shaped according to the shape of the land. The castle descends with terraces on the west and north sides, reaching 100-150 meter cliffs. The main entrance of the castle is reached from the southeast via a rocky path. It is not possible to detect a very distinct structure within the castle. Fındıklı Castle is located on the slope south of Davutlar and approximately 5-6 km away.
