Kuşadası Fatma Özel Arabul Cultural Center (KUAKMER), which was opened to visitors in cooperation with Kuşadası Municipality and KEGEV, protects the memory of Kuşadası as a city archive and museum, while also making a significant contribution to the cultural and artistic life of the district with its unique architectural qualities.

It introduces the past and culture of Kuşadası with the Cultural Center named after the poet and writer Fatma Özel Arabul, who passed away in 2014.

KUAKMER's museum materials revealing the historical and cultural values ​​of Kuşadası and its environment; It has been acquired through donations, purchases and research, and its collection is enriching day by day. The exhibition works in the two-storey building are mainly exhibited in specially illuminated glass cabinets. The exhibitions are introduced in English and Turkish, but can also be experienced visually and audibly upon the request of visitors. The museum also has a memorial library.
