CHILDREN MEET WITH MARBLING ART IN SEYAKMER

Sevil-Yaşar Altaş Education and Culture Centre (SEYAKMER) Digital and Material Children's Library, which was brought to the city in cooperation with Kuşadası Municipality and KEGEV, continues to contribute to children's learning by having fun with the workshops it hosts. Children from Kuşadası, who participate in the workshops, improve their hand skills on the one hand while gaining knowledge on different subjects on the other.

SEYAKMER Digital and Material Children's Library recently hosted a marbling art workshop. Cumhuriyet Elementary School 3rd grade students who participated in the marbling art workshop had a quality time and had the opportunity to get acquainted with the art of marbling. The students, who were informed about the history and subtleties of marbling art by marbling artist Ayşe Harmankaya, also had the chance to do their first marbling works. The students had a productive and enjoyable time in the marbling art workshop, which is a traditional art form made by transferring patterns created with paints on water to paper.
