DEAR FRIENDS' WATER AND FOOD FROM KUŞADASI MUNICIPALITY

Kuşadası Municipality accelerated its efforts to provide the nutrition and water needs of stray animals as the air temperatures rose above seasonal norms. In this context, teams regularly maintain and replenish food and water bowls placed for dear friends in different parts of the city, where the temperature reaches 40 degrees.

Considering stray animals as an integral part of city life, Kuşadası Municipality takes precautions to prevent dear friends from experiencing difficulties due to extremely hot weather conditions. The number of food and water bowls placed in many parts of the city by the Parks and Gardens Directorate teams was regularly maintained and cleaned, and their number was increased. Kuşadası Pet Rehabilitation Center teams provided high-calorie food and water supplements to places and feeding points where stray animals are concentrated, especially in parks and green areas.

Mayor Ömer Günel pointed out that, as Kuşadası Municipality, they always take very close care of our dear friends and said, “It is our duty to protect our dear friends and make their lives easier, to whom we love very much and show great sensitivity. These days, when air temperatures are above seasonal norms, we must be more sensitive about stray animals. As Kuşadası Municipality, we will continue to provide regular food and water supplements. We believe that our fellow citizens will act with the same sensitivity and will not spare a bowl of food and water from our dear friends in this scorching heat. "We expect the same sensitivity in terms of protecting food and water bowls and keeping them clean," he said.
