KUŞADASI MUNICIPALITY DOES NOT ALLOW ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

Kuşadası Municipality continues its fight against illegal construction. In this context, teams started to demolish the villas belonging to a company, which were determined to be built on qualified agricultural land in violation of the zoning law. Mayor Ömer Günel said, "It is absolutely impossible for us to grant the slightest privilege to anyone who engages in illegal and illegal construction activities contrary to the legislation."

Kuşadası Municipality, which continues its efforts to prepare the city for possible disasters, also continues its active fight against illegal construction. In this context, Kuşadası Municipality teams started the demolition of the villas located at Kirazlı Mahallesi 865 Sokak, which were determined to be built without a license on the area seen as qualified agricultural land in the 1/1000 Kuşadası implementation zoning plan. In their statement, Kuşadası Municipality officials stated that the construction area in question was previously sealed by the Building Control Directorate, and although the company was notified in accordance with Articles 32 and 42 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 regarding obtaining a license and eliminating the violations, the necessary criteria were not met.

Stating that they will not give the slightest privilege to anyone who engages in illegal and illegal construction activities contrary to the legislation, Mayor Ömer Günel said, “As Kuşadası Municipality, we are determined to take legal action against the violations detected in accordance with the relevant articles of the Zoning Law No. 3194. We will definitely not compromise on this issue. "Our teams affiliated with our Building Control Directorate will continue their work against illegal construction through field inspections," he said.
