MAYOR ÖMER GÜNEL; “NONE OF CITIZENS WILL GO TO BED HUNGRY OUR IN CITY”

Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel stated that they will act with a social municipality approach during Ramadan, and said, “None of our citizens will go to bed hungry in our city.”

Mayor Ömer Günel’s statement is as follows:

“The month of Ramadan, which we are in, is a blessed month in which cooperation and solidarity are experienced at the highest level. In this month of Ramadan, we will take the social and democratic municipalism approach and cooperation to the highest level together with our Aydın Metropolitan Municipality and 13 district municipalities.

For this purpose, we will stand by our fellow citizens with the same intention, peace and tranquillity with our Metropolitan Municipality and all district municipalities. The concept of social municipalism comes to life with the Republican People's Party Municipalities. We have become the fortress of social municipalism with the activities we have carried out so far and we will continue to be so in the future.

No citizen in our city will go to bed hungry. Our milk and lunch box support for our children will continue to increase. Our pots will boil again for our university students. We will continue to provide food and coal support aid in line with the demands of our citizens in need. We will also help those who need shelter during cold winter nights with the means at our disposal.

I wish for all my fellow citizens to spend the month of Ramadan in peace, health and tranquillity.”
