MAYOR ÖMER GÜNEL ON THE FIELD WITH HIS SERVICE TEAM

The citywide service mobilization launched by Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel continues with new projects and investments. Kuşadası residents are not only enjoying renovated, safe, and comfortable roads, but also new facilities and spaces built with a Social Municipalism approach.

Working with the motto "The mayor's office is the streets," Mayor Ömer Günel tours Kuşadası, inspecting services and investments first-hand while also chatting with his fellow residents. He recently visited the Ege, Karaova, Türkmen, and Soğucak districts, saying;

 "Seeing the happiness on the faces of our fellow citizens is priceless. We draw our motivation from the smiles of our fellow citizens."

WOMEN AND CHILDREN OF KUŞADASI ARE NOT ALONE!

Mayor Ömer Günel's visit began at the two-story Child Development and Women's Counselling Centre, built in the Türkmen District by Kuşadası Municipality to provide free legal and psychological counselling to women and support working parents with childcare. Accompanied by municipal council members and relevant department heads, Mayor Ömer Günel toured the centre and received updates from authorized personnel.

IT WILL OPEN ON AUGUST 4TH.

Mayor Ömer Günel announced that the centre, built with contributions from philanthropist Servet Koru, will begin operating on August 4th. 

He said,

"Our Child Development Centre, located on the first floor of our building, will play a crucial role in the care and education of children of working parents. Working parents will be able to safely leave their children at our centre while they go to work. Our Women's Counselling Centre, located on the upper floor of our Child Development Centre, will provide free support to women experiencing psychological, social, and legal challenges. Our women and children will receive much more convenient, safe, and comfortable services in this building. May it be auspicious for our city?"

RESIDENTS OF EGE DISTRICT THANKS MAYOR ÖMER GÜNEL

Mayor Ömer Günel then visited 470th Street of Ege district for inspection where the municipal Public Works and Engineering Department were conducting works to lay 10,000 square meters of black-and-white patterned interlocking paving stones and 2 kilometres of curbs. He also stated that landscaping work would also be carried out in the area.

During the visit, district residents welcomed Mayor Ömer Günel with great interest and affection, thanking him for the ongoing work. A Kuşadası resident, who stated that he had lived in the Ege district for 25 years, remarked;

"I've never seen a mayor out on the streets inspecting the work being done. This road was very important for our district. I thank you and all the municipal workers for their hard work."
