SCHOOLS IN KUŞADASI ARE PREPARING FOR THE NEW EDUCATION SEASON

Kuşadası Municipality started hygiene work in schools across the city before the new education period that will start on September 11. Thanks to the work carried out by the Cleaning Affairs Directorate teams, students will be able to start classes in a clean and safe environment.

Kuşadası Municipality is carrying out hygiene and disinfection work in schools across the city so that both students and teachers can start classes in a healthy and safe environment before the 2023-2024 education period, which will start on September 11. In this context, areas such as cafeterias, classrooms, corridors, conference halls and toilets, which are used collectively by students in schools, are disinfected by the Cleaning Affairs Directorate teams, upon the instructions of Mayor Ömer Günel, with special solutions that do not harm human health. Medicines recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and licensed by the Ministry of Health are used in the hygiene study, which will be repeated at regular intervals throughout the year.

Mayor Ömer Günel stated that, as Kuşadası Municipality, they will take all measures within their authority and means so that students studying in Kuşadası can start their lessons in a healthier, safer and more hygienic environment and said, “First of all, I wish success to our students. The health of our children, who are the guarantee of our future, is most important to us. "We will repeat our hygiene efforts throughout the year," he said.
