STATION KUŞADASI PREPARES STUDENTS FOR THE DIGITAL WORLD

Workshops continue at Istasyon Kuşadası Community Center, which was opened by Kuşadası Municipality in cooperation with Habitat Association and Facebook to provide advanced technology and entrepreneurship training. In this context, the last guests of the center were secondary school students from Umurlu District of Aydın's Efeler district.

Students who came to Kuşadası from Umurlu District with the shuttle vehicle allocated by Kuşadası Municipality, first attended the Stratch training at İstasyon Kuşadası Community Center. In the study, the center's volunteer instructor Deniz Çetinkaya explained creative thinking skills and the basic principles of algorithms and coding to the students. In the Digital Adventure workshop, students were first divided into groups of four, accompanied by project manager Burcu Kanbal and expert instructors. Then, they learned how to move safely in the digital world with the symbols on the playing cards. In the last part, students attended the VR workshop and experienced virtual reality.

Istasyon Kuşadası Community Center expands the horizons of young people with training and workshops that are open to the public and free of charge, so that they can easily adapt to the developing internet world and the professions that emerge accordingly.
