THE 'ADA CLOTHING HOUSE' WILL BRING SMILES TO CHILDREN'S FACES IN KUŞADASI

MAYOR ÖMER GÜNEL: "WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED A UNIQUE PROJECT"

Kuşadası Municipality has opened the "Ada Clothing House," which will provide free new clothing to children aged 3 to 12 from families in need living in the city. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mayor Ömer Günel said;

 "I'm delighted to have brought this unique project to life. I thank all the donors who supported us."

The Ada Clothing House, which will provide free new clothing to children aged 3-12 from families in need in Kuşadası, opened with a ceremony. The ceremony was attended by Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel, deputy mayors, council members, CHP Kuşadası District Organization Chair Mehmet Gürbilek and party officials, Duygu Gül Günel, representatives of civil society organizations, and donors who have contributed to the Ada Clothing House. After cutting the ribbon of the Ada Clothing House, Mayor Ömer Günel toured the interior of the building, which is located next to the KEGEV building in the Marina area.

Mayor Ömer Günel, emphasizing the unique nature of the Ada Clothing House said;

"Because all the clothes here are new textiles, we've implemented a project unlike any other in Türkiye. At Ada Clothing House, children in need won't see each other while choosing their clothes. We've implemented a project which upholds human dignity to the fullest, where the recipient doesn't see the giver. I thank all the donors who supported us and our dedicated staff."
